Loose parts are materials that can be moved, carried, combined, redesigned, lined up, and taken apart. There are no instructions and promote creativity and critical thinking skills. The beauty lies in that the project is not saved rather taken apart for another time. Our kindergarten students start their day with experimenting with loose parts in a variety of ways with many types of materials.
